Okay, here we are at 176 Sexton Street in New Britain. Its got a front porch and a side porch. They both need a little paint and some minor structural work. I think youre going to have to replace one or two with the supports under the decking. The backyards nice, and its a fairly level, pretty good size lot for this area. Keep in mind youre going to be siding and doing windows on this so now thats going to clean up the exterior of the property. On the interior youre going to fix the stairs. There are a couple little problems with them. The details of the first floor really kind of seals the deal for me. There are hard woods here, you can save because theyre in good shape. Theyre going to refinish up nicely. The living room and formal dining room are good size, and feature arch ways already done in the transition from room to room.
