I think youre going to have to replace one or two with the supports under the decking. The backyards nice, and its a fairly level, pretty good size lot for this area. Keep in mind youre going to be siding and doing windows on this so now thats going to clean up the exterior of the property. On the interior youre going to fix the stairs.
