There are times when we make small mistakes. People say that even if these are small mistakes, these are still mistakes that people could do and could repeat over and over again. This holds true in business. Sometimes, we think of the decisions that we make as something wise and good but at the back of our heads, we know that we have made some mistakes and profits could have dwindled down no matter how hard we sugar coat it.

Due to some reasons, some resellers opt to make purchases in small quantities. However, when this is the case in a particular reseller, more often than not, you need to double your purchase especially if the items you are selling are being disposed of like hotcakes.

There is an advantage but there are more disadvantages when you make purchases in small quantities. The advantage in making small purchases with some distributors or dealers is that you do not shelve out big money during these times. You get to monitor the cash flow better and you will be able to monitor your money tightly as well. So far, that is the only thing that seems to be an advantage for small purchases.

Now, let us look at the disadvantages. Just imagine yourself coordinating with your dealer or distributor every now and then. Communication is an important factor but if this communication goes out of hand, it is going to be a nuisance rather than turning it into a harmonious relationship. It takes two to tango and in order for you to be able to thrive well into this business you need to have good working relationships with certain people in order to make things work.

Another disadvantage is working yourself up in the deliveries of the items that you need. Would it be beneficial for the distributor or dealer to be delivering the things that you need every now and then? Your distributor may not tell you that but that could be an issue that is waiting to be uncovered. Instead of waiting for this potential problem to surface, it would be best to address this concern as early as possible.

Buying cell phone accessories would better be managed if it is going to be bought in bulk and not as often as possible. It is similar to time management wherein you need to put everything in order for you to be able to handle things well. Buying in wholesale has its perks. You do not experience out of stocks scenario for certain accessories. Just imagine your business experiencing out of stock supplies and seeing your customers flee and being lured by your competitor just because you do not have the accessory he or she is looking for.

When you also buy in bulk, you get better deals. If things are bought in small quantities, distributors or dealers could hardly give you deals to die for. In return, you do not earn as much as you would when things are bought in wholesale. Think about wholesale and you will go a long way in providing what your client needs.
