People are accepting the latest innovations and using them in their personal live due to which it becomes difficult manage all the devices. People are using the latest gadgets at their home but they have to work with obsolete gadgets at workplace which affects the productivity of the employees. To solve this problem either the company should but the lasts devices for the employees or the employees should be allowed to bring their own device at the workplace. First option is not suitable as it is very costly one. The employees follow the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) trend as they feel more comfortable with their own devices. Also the technology is changing rapidly which creates problem for the users to cope up with the technology. Employees will bring their personal devices at workplace and use it for enterprise work. As the BYOD is prevalent in almost all organization they have to make sure that they are able to manage and secure their work. It is very much important that employees while using the BYOD concept should be able to access all the corporate data but in secure manner. Now the companies have introduced the remote desktop solution for BYOD. This solution helps the employees to take the remote of their system by using virtual and physical desktops from anywhere simultaneously. Whether employees are at home or office or meeting they can take the control of device and work in same way as they do in office. There are different benefits of following the Bring Your Own Device trend. The companies dont have to spend much money on the maintenance of the devices as these are owned by the employees themselves. Even on the provisioning the companies dont have spend a lot. This BYOD concept in the organization increases the productivity and the efficiency of the enterprises. Work can be done in less time with less cost. The organizations have to be accustomed with the BYOD concept in order to stay ahead from the competitors. Even the organization gives some amount to the employees so that they can buy the devices which can be used personally as well as in company.
