Mahamaya Upasika Kalyan Samiti got registered in 2003. It is a Buddhist charitable philanthropic organisation for the development of education in the rational, humanitarian and egalitarian ideals of Lord Buddha. It aims at to nurture among the young minds the practical sense of love and compassion and understanding of the interdependence of existence so as to have a sense of accountability and forbearance towards nature and mankind.

The school has got affiliation from C.B.S.E. New Delhi up to class X. The school envisages the all round development of the personality of the students through education, games, yoga and cultural activities reflecting the cultural plurality of the country.

It has lush green premises of 13000 sq.m. away from the hustle of the city.Peaceful and serene atmosphere of the school helps the children to grow with the nature.

Mahamaya Vihar Public School has dedicated management for the promotion of the education. It has an experienced and academically sound principal and devoted team of teachers. The head quarter of society is in Bareilly a part of the Rohilkhand, historically know as the Panchal Pradesh. Here are two great centres of Buddhism Ahichhatra and Sankisa. In Ahichhatra, there are two big Bauddha Stupas, protected by Archeaological Survey of India. Sankisa is the one of eight Buddhist pilgrimage places where Buddhist from all over the world come and pay there tribute to the great socialist thinker of the world.
