The third thing we should analyze about cable or satellite TV package is the quality. In terms of quality, we are talking about the reception of our television. For example, if the package and price are matched but the reception is in low quality, then we have picked the wrong choice. The reception of a cable television should be clear and in high quality to satisfy the subscribers. If they are not equal, there is no other reason that a customer is interested on buying that package.

As the analyzer of comparing cable television providers, we need to equalize and match the price, package and quality. Customer service is another thing that we must include in comparing cable providers. The role of a customer service is to answer various questions, inquiries or complaints from the customer.
