The reason why I pointed the people under this age group is because these are the ones who go to office and have to face stress in their day to day work. A person may tell many reasons to quit his schedule but he is not supposed to miss his morning walk. A 30 minute walk is very much essential for a person who is working in an IT FIELD or may be a person who works 12 hrs a day.

Walking can be the most important exercise or I may say that it can be the best choice left for a busy person to be fit. Walking in the sense, you should walk fast. Walking slowly will do no good as walking slowly is just the same as you are relaxing? Walking fast can help raise your stamina and your heart rate .sweat which gives you an indication that you're losing fat and sweat only comes out when you do some brisk walking.
