So all though people who say they don't have time for exercises, you do now. 10 minutes is nothing now days. A tiny bit of a lunch break, or a bit of time before you have to pick up the kids. 10 minutes is a really small amount of time when you think about it, but it could make a huge impacted on your weight loss efforts.

Now, weight training is entirely different exercising because, weight training involves strengthening muscles, It is not involving bulking your muscles up. When you strengthen your muscles they tend to work better and help you to burn more calories. In turn, burning more calories will help you to lose weight quicker.
