Can't Recruit Into Your MLM Business?

Can't Recruit Into Your MLM Business?

Can't Recruit Into Your MLM Business?

Your mlm business opportunity that you are currently involved with was probably going to be your way out of financial stress. We have all been there and hoped that if we were just able to fill our downlines, we would be able to pay all our bills and live the life have always wanted.

The most important piece of information that I can share with you today is that your mindset for mlm success is to focus on what people need from you rather than what you think they need. As an online marketer trying to recruit people into your opportunity, your mindset is set-up to make you think that the people who will join your business opportunity are not well off financially and they just need to see your mlm business.

Your mindset has to be thinking like this:

You have to understand and believe that other online marketers, which are your best prospects, don't care about your business opportunity. They have their mlm in which they are trying to succeed in just like you. What they need is a solution to their problem, and their problem is struggling to recruit into their business. Sound familiar?

In order for these prospects to even consider looking at any website that you may have, they have to be made curious by some information that you share with them. Sending a message about how great your opportunity is with your referral link attached is going to fail miserably. You have to be able to offer free tips on a certain marketing strategy, for example - Facebook marketing techniques, and get them to visit your web page that way.

Don't pitch your opportunity to them before showing them the free information. Let them know how well these techniques work in your opportunity and that's when you can tell them all about it. Stand out from the crowd and offer free help rather than copy every one else with the same old boring ads. If people can get free information to help them succeed online, they will visit.

Whenever I come across someone who is pitching me their opportunity, I simply ignore it and you probably do too, correct? But if I come across someone showing me a new technique to submit to more article directories faster or use Twitter in a better way, than that person is going to get my attention. And if I happen to see their mlm opportunity in which these strategies work, I just might join and see if they will work for me too.

The other part to the mindset of attracting people to your website rather pitching your business is the use of your referral link. It is a big no-no to Spam your referral link to anyone and everyone. This just says that you are a salesman and have no value to anyone already in the game. Keep that in mind next time you get ready to post your referral link somewhere.
