Well, prove it. Show that math is applicable in the real life. Find some fascinating facts from the famous mathematicians lives; find some interesting sums, tasks, tests and quizzes. Your students will appreciate this and will show really awesome results.

2.Self-develop. Never stop to learn more! Read smart books and articles on math and teaching. Take part in different contests and quizzes. Do attend different seminars and training courses. Enter some mathematical circles and societies. Absorb the priceless experience of the professional teachers and professors. After all, make interesting acquaintances with other math teachers!

3.Gain and share your experience. After you start doing all the things mentioned above you will see really astonishing results. You will use and even invent different innovative techniques of teaching. Do not forget to share your knowledge and start writing your academic work. It can be a dissertation, a book, or an article in some scholarly magazine. This will bring you joy and recognition.

All these activities will make you energetic and positive, and children always feel it and get interested in the subject. And even if you do not bring up modern Newtons and Einsteins, your students will, maybe, know math only thanks to your charismatic teaching.
