Carole King And James Taylor Have Added 16 New Dates To Their troubadour Reunion Tour.

Carole King and James Taylor have added 16 new dates to their Troubadour Reunion tour, including a stop at Quicken Loans Arena on Wednesday, July 7th at 7:30 p.m. This is a lifetime event brings together two of the most favorite singer/songwriters for an extraordinary concert experience. The set list will include a breadth of material including songs they performed during their 1969 debut show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, which helped propel them both to the world stage. Legendary songwriters James Taylor and Carole King will make a joint appearance on May 24 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, and again on July 9 at the United Center in Chicago.

Using of their new release's Live At The Troubadour theme as the centerpiece for a series of benefit concerts, Carole King and James Taylor launch an extensive tour to raise three-million dollars for local programs and charitable organization. They both will perform in Troubadour Reunion on 7th May at Rose Garden Arena, Portland, OR and on May 9th at Key Arena, Seattle, WA.

The Rocking pop star Taylor's Perspectives begins in April 2011 when he hosts a very special gala honoring Carnegie Hall's 120th anniversary. The following week, he discovers his musical ancestry with a performance that focuses on his early influences, including bluegrass, blues, Celtic music, and Church of England hymns. In May, Taylor offers an evening of conversation and music making dedicated to popular music's instrument of choice, investigate into the versatility of the guitar with all-stars of the type. His Perspectives series concludes that month when he is joined in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage by his legendary band for a performance of his greatest hits.

The all-star line up began on Sunday, April 18 with Mariah Carey and then rolls on every Sunday with a monster schedule including James Taylor, Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Green Day and more. New concerts every Sunday this spring, next Sunday's episode will feature James Taylor, at 8:00 p.m. as well, beginning on Sunday, April 25 at 8:00 p.m. ET, just prior to the James Taylor concert.
