Challenges in new year?

When we celebrate new year on 1st of January, we must try to understand that this is not the day for rejoicing, but on that day we must have an introspection and on that date we must note down what challenges are before us which we shall have to meet during this year. There could be some shortcomings in our education, in our training and in our status in life or at work place. We shall have to complete these targets and we shall have to plan a way out so that we could raise our income. Prices of all our needs are rising and with achievements in the fields of science and technology, our demands have also increase. We shall have to increase our income because we know that money is the first consideration in life which makes our life to run and if we are short of money, then we shall be facing so many difficulties.

In this year, our children shall also be advancing they too shall need our help. We are social animals and we are having a family and it is our duty to run this family well so that we could have a place in the society around us. If our children are not getting proper education, training and proper adjustment in life, people would not accept us normal beings and they shall go apart from us. If people are talking against our children, it clearly means that they are talking against us. Therefore, we shall have to look at our children and we shall make it sure that they too are going on well and they are not bringing adverse comments Here in India, we are to look after our parents and also our daughters even though they are married and well settled with their in laws. Anything can happen and we have noted that here in India brides are often killed and sometime they are compelled to commit suicide because they can not bring adequate dowry from the side of parents. One of our sisters could be shunted out from the house of her in laws, and that too shall settle with us and this is also a challenge because most of the daughters are not well equipped and they are not in a position to settle independently and run the family they are having. So if we are living in India, we must be ready to face all these challenges and when we go deep, we come across so many such difficulties and that is the reason, we cannot say that this 1st day of the year is a day for rejoicing.

At the same time, we must understand that this is the first and the last life for us and therefore, in spite of all the difficulties and in spite of all the challenges before us, we shall remain happy and satisfied with this life and we must face all the challenges peacefully and with calm. We must know that we are hare to face all these difficulties and we should know that if there are hard days before us, God gives us ple4assure also. Man can live happily in life and we must learn an art to live happily.
