Change Your Past, Change Your Future

Most of us have had the experience of looking back at events in our lives wishing that they might have occurred differently

. Of course we all know that this is not possible...or is it?

We assume that once something happens it is set in stone, most do not even questions that concept. But let me stop for a moment and say that if one is happy, all the events that occurred in the past contributed to that happiness. Going forward, however, now that the lesson that made you happy had been learned, wouldn't it be nice to change a particular event into a more pleasant memory?

For example, suppose you are sitting in your home very comfortably relaxing and you suddenly remember an argument you had with your spouse a few years earlier. You might have expected a pleasantly romantic evening and instead it ended unpleasantly; hurtful things were said unnecessarily. The events that occurred were only some of the many possible one that could have occurred that evening, the remaining ones still exist in the realm of infinite possibilities that exist in what we call Consciousness. You can change what happened as easily as you can accept it as the only possible reality.

Think back to that night and re-construct it as an evening of romantic affection, one that you will always remember with joy in your heart. That is the reality that will replace the previous one you chose. It is as simple, and real, as buying a new sofa. The old one eventually fades away from your memory and the new one is the sofa in your life. The same way, the old memory, which is like the old couch that is neither comfortable nor attractive, is replaced by one that will enhance your life.

If you think it is not possible, think again. We are the ones who create our reality to begin with; we are the ones who can change it. We can re-program past to be as we wish it to be. Isn't that the goal of psychoanalysis and energy healing, to heal the past and change it from something that causes us pain or difficulty into an event that no longer affects us? We can do the same thing with our own mind. We do not just create our future, we can also re-create out past. Cool, right?

You can take this exercise back into our childhoods and change events that haunted us; the bully at school, the friends who refused to play with us the things we did as selfish children and just think how good we will feel afterwards. The thing to remember is that we have only chosen this particular time line of past. Present and future as our reality, but it is not the only one. Humanity and the planet Earth herself are changing vibration ally and dimensionally and have already begun to move out of the 3rd Dimensional existence we have been in for ages.

There are those of us, including the Planet, who are already in the 5th dimension and very son more will be joining us. As of the March Equinox the process will accelerate and humankind will evolve more rapidly, gracefully and easily. So leave those heavy thoughts, beliefs and events behind you, lighten up and brighten up your incarnation here on Earth for soon you will fly.
