Those are very much for sale although I haven't tried to buy one as I find too big price tags on them. The same I would get at best discounts online.
Although not all the machines come with discounts while searching for coffee machines you get separate types; one for commercial purpose for caf outlets or coffee machines at work /office and the other as machines for home. They range from traditional, bean to cup, pod, filter and instant.
