It's your lucky day and you have the chance to participate in a tradeshow and demonstrate

your business, reach some new customers and bring in new business. Maybe you are a participating at a large tradeshow in a convention center or maybe you are a smaller business with a table at a chamber of commerce business expo, or maybe you just have an opportunity to go to a school or put on a presentation and want to show what you can do. All of these scenarios give you an opportunity to showcase your business, but what will set you apart and get people's attention? A few good trade show signs can go a long way.

Not all trade show signs are equal, and some will serve you better than others. The main thing is finding one that draws the right attention to your section of the building. Usually a trade show is a crowded and complicated environment to navigate. Therefore you want your section of the area to be as obvious to interested browsers as possible.

When you're going to the show for business, and to attract customers, you want something eye catching, so you will want to go larger and more exciting. But when you're simply there for informational purposes, you could be better off with a smaller sign, so that you can save money but still draw attention.

Another important factor to consider is the type of trade show signs that you're most interested in using. There are a variety of different common designs, and finding the right type for your table is essential. When you simply have a small area, you'll want to go with something like the classic 3 panel display. They are large, easy to use, and easy to manipulate so that they fit into literally any space.

We had a customer not long ago that frequently attends tradeshows. He used to take a van filled with panels and displays on foam board. It would take a couple of people, making a couple of trips each to haul everything in and set it up. If you have done one of those shows you know that parking may not always facilitate a quick trip into the center where you have to set up. It can be a haul. We took basically the same information they were displaying and placed it on three roll up banner stands and printed a table cover with their logo on it. The banner stands come with a nice case and a shoulder strap. Now they have one guy that can carry it all by himself in one trip and it all fits in any vehicle they want to take. No van is required.
