Currently you can choose between many different types of training to update your software skills

. There are books, CDs, online courses, classroom based and courses available together. You can learn daily, weekend, day or night of the week. The choices are large but they are all effective as they should be?

The purchase of the book or learn the CD has the advantage that you can learn at your own pace and whenever you want - even the middle of the night if you feel like it! The disadvantages are that you can put off until a better time (which is never) and may have little or no support if something does not come and you understood this, and do not put a stop to your learning progress until resolved.

Online learning is the next step forward from a book or a CD.
