This is great if you have other pickups or deliveries along the route you want your courier driver to make.

Sometimes, you may be able to find a specific courier driver that may be able to allow you to make your own route depending on your needs. These are in extreme cases and most companies do not offer this service. If this is important to you it may be best to do some research and see what different companies offer this service. You may find one that will allow you to make the route if you discuss it with them first.

Remember to make sure that you abide by the company's policies and keep the driver in mind. You may not be his only client and he may have many packages to deliver in one single day. Make it easy for both you and your courier to get the route done and make sure that all of your shipment and pickups are done in a timely manner.
