I first stumbled across his blog when I saw his interview at the Lifestyle Business
Podcast iTunes channel where he shared about managing a team of around 200 staff in his business. After listening to that interview I thought itd be great to get in contact with Chris to find out more about how he manages so many staff and why he does this. Since then weve really struck a chord and have been talking about outsourcing to create a Lifestyle Business.
