There are many natural therapies, effective at handling various diseases that allopathic treatments can't cure. Though regular physicians are taught to ridicule alternative treatments as ineffective and waste of time, it's for the people to experience the benefits these medicines provide. One of which is color therapy. Experts believe that colors play an important role in the way we behave. They say colors control our minds and we emanate different behaviors when we see different colors.
Catherine Poole, internationally known as "The Queen of Color" says there is a strong relation between colors and human response. She believes almost all our natural responses to the outside world are controlled by the colors we see and we can control ours and others' behaviors by employing the right colors. He explains with her Color Theory that our mood can be changed by subjecting ourselves to the right mix of colors and that can have a positive impact on our health.
Researches show that there is a strong color and emotions. Colors in our living environment can determine how we feel generally. Certain colors are mood killers and some are mood enhancers. They say, by providing with the right environment with right colors, therapists can provide patients a tranquil mindset thereby curing various diseases including different psychological diseases. For this, it is recommended to choose the right colors when we paint our home interiors as that's the place we would be looking for longer time.
Colors can also be used to treat conditions like low self-esteem and low self-confidence etc. Catherine Poole says the attire you wear influences your mood and that we have to choose our dresses accordingly. Color is also used in marketing. Some sales persons know this and wear the right colors to make an impression and seal the deal. Color plays an important role in marketing too. Seasoned advertisers and graphic designers know the importance of colors and make advertisements with the right mix of colors to make the ad campaign successful.
Colors are an important part of our lives. No matter we realize it or not, they somehow affect the way we behave and respond to stimuli. They are good for treating various health conditions, improve self confidence and even for selling your products.
