Commercial Toilets: Proper Maintenance Would Go A Long Way
What are commercial toilets? Constructing a building is a big challenge be it commercial or residential one
. There are several facets to consider and one of these is building the toilet. A toilet is the place where you install all the necessary fixtures for personal comfort; people go there to unburden their discomforts and coming out of it greatly relieved. The toilet has also a separate component which is found outside the residential or commercial buildings. This is the storage tank where all the wastes go. It is aptly called the septic tank. Others call it sewerage tank. Buying toilet equipments, either for commercial buildings and residential homes would require a much decision making. There are many angles to consider.
One of these is the type of toilet bowl to buy. You can choose between two types of commercial toilet bowl assembly. The most common types are the ones usually used in the homes or houses. These consist of a toilet bowl, a seat, a seat cover, and a water tank. The water source will come directly from the attached water tank. When flushing, the water from the tank will do the washing. It will rush from the hole of the septic tank after the fly valve has been pulled up. The other types of commercial toilets are those that dont have the water tanks attached to them. The flushing relies on the water stored on highly pressurized thanks. The flushing velocity is very strong due to the pressure exerted by air found in the pressure tanks.
Toilets come in different kinds of materials. The most common are made of China plasters or ceramics and the heavy type made of stainless steel. Choosing between stainless steel and China materials would have a big impact later on savings and performance. The stainless types are very expensive but theyd last very long. They are practically rust proof. The material is an alloy between chromium and steel; almost indestructible by toilet standards. The China type is also rust proof but not its fittings. It might be cheaper when compared to the stainless steel type but in the long run the maintenance will bound to catch with the expenses. But not all commercial and residential buildings need to have the stainless steel type. Its expensive. The owners may not be able to afford them.
But for commercial and residential buildings with huge budget it would be advisable to use the better kinds of commercial toilets be it made of stainless steel or the China type. Proper maintenance will play a big factor in the lifespan of the toilets. No matter how expensive the materials are, if we are remiss with our maintenance program, not even a commercial toilet made of gold, will resemble as such without proper care and maintenance. The fittings should be inspected regularly, the connections, the bolts and screws that attached the toilet to the wall. It would be embarrassing, if accidents happen because we did not take good care of our toilet facilities. There are several types of commercial toilets. We have the high and low crested type; the mounted type; the hung type, and some other types. It is important to be familiar with what kind of toilet you would like to buy be it for residential or commercial use.
