Known dairy products like cheese, milk and yogurt are foods that contain tyramine. Sad to say, tyramine rich foods are also labeled as migraine triggers. No one knows the exact reason for this, but it's not really a big deal if you love consuming dairy products, as long as it's not too much it's less likely to cause migraine.
Most foods these days are instantaneous. From noodles to processed meats -everything comes in easy preparations. Although this is an advantage to many, it still has bad effects to your health. Processed meats are rich in nitrates, a major activator for headache. You must bear in mind that eating processed goods should not be continuous.
Spices and additives found in every kitchen can also be the cause of your headaches. Almost all spices have strong and pungent odors galling the sense of smell that is why it often results to migraine every after cooking.

Salad dressings can help in giving salads their own character and taste but can also trigger migraines. It can be possible that the effects in the body of combining numerous flavorings in the salad dressing resulted to headache.
