Remember that you should not underprice your home, because you will not get a higher price than what you listed it at. This means that you should list your house at a high enough price to allow room to negotiate but still get the price you really want. Be careful and don't price your house too high, however, because this might frighten off potential buyers.

Another mistake that many homeowners make is in choosing which repairs to conduct on their home before selling.
