Wax ribbon or resin can be used in case the labels need to be used for indoors. Most commonly used material is paper though polypropylene is also used that makes the label resist humidity. This helps the label from dirt, oil and tearing. Wax and resin ribbons are used for bar coding, bins and warehouse shelving. Polyester thermal are durable as compared to polypropylene labels as they can withstand high temperatures. It consists of strong scratch resistant features.
