Stress,depression are the common words in everyones life
. They may be small for some but these are slow killing diseases. In todays world we are so much busy that we are not able to remove our stresses and depression.So yoga at that time matters a lot. Yoga can be done with or without equipments. Yoga has spread whole over the world and is really effective in making our body fit and fine and help us to keep away from stress and depression. We just need 20 minutes everyday and we can keep us away from all diseases. We need to go to any gym or training centre for doing it.We can do all at home by just bringing equipments at home. These equipments are not so much expensive any we can easily afford it.

YOGA BLOCKS
This is one of the main yoga equipment used for practicing different postures of yoga.It makes the work easy and helps us to have the posture correctly and easily. It makes us more comfortable while doing yoga.There are different types of blocks available such as blocks made up of wood or rubber. We can also use things from house like pillows or other soft materials.
YOGA MAT
Yoga mat is not that essential product for doing yoga. While doing yoga we need any mat under us so that we dont get injured. It also makes us comfortable in doing yoga. It avoids the chances of slipping from the floor.If we have wooden floor then we need not to have any mat.
YOGA CLOTHES
This is yoga equipment required for having better results. Clothes should not be tight and those which can pass out air easily out of them. They should be made of cotton or other light materials. They should be really loose so that our all joints and muscles can open up completely and we can do yoga perfectly.
