Location

If you're looking for a suitable location, such as those found in major business districts as well as commercial areas, condominiums are considered as the best compared to houses. This is because condominiums are usually found inside or near major business districts such as in Makati City and Pasig City. There are also those which are found in commercial areas. Although there are houses found near these locations, these types are usually more expensive than condominiums.

Affordability

In terms of affordability, houses can be much more affordable than condominiums. Houses located outside the city are known for its affordability. However, there are also condominiums which can be affordable than houses. Condominiums found in the outskirts or in provincial areas are known for its affordability. A family with 3 members can be easily accommodated by a condominium complex, however, larger than 4 to 5 members are usually not appropriate for for condominiums. This is the reason why houses are still popular for many Filipinos.

However, compared to houses, condominiums are known to provide amenities which is known only to exist in townhouse complexes. Many of today's residential Philippines properties for sale are known for their amenities. And some of the most popular are said to be found in condominiums.

New types of condominiums known as condominium complexes are usually sited in a wide expanse of land. These locations, however, are mostly found in provincial areas. The advantage is that these types of condominiums provide amenities that townhouse complexes are known to have, but in a fraction of the cost. Houses, on the other hand, doesn't have these. Although there are new villages which are known for the same amenity found in condominiums.
