The layout will have every types of cue in it.

On the basis of layout the Local Corporation when any person regarding their flat or building layout consult the Local Corporation then on the basis of that only the local body will be authorized to give permission. After that the local body has to submit the copy to relative official of airport authorities. Like that the person has no need to go to the airport authority for NOC relative matters. Until now, for the construction of any buildings around airports, the body concerned had to go to the Airports Authority of India for approval.

High Building

If the the building are constructed at a n extra height then the official of airport authorities of India will study the problems of proposed building and local body will deliberate that whether the building is according to the rules or not.If the airport authorities of India by any reason fail to authorize NOC to any building then the applicant has the authorities to appeal against the decision of airport authority of India. The hearing of appeal will be done by the Board of ministry.
