Content Creation Tips - Which of These 3 Deadly Mistakes Do You Make With Your Content

?

Article Marketing provides you with a quick, simple and repeatable method for creating your content. This is a good thing.

The problem is that so many people make the same 3 mistakes with their content creation that leaves tons of traffic and profits on the table. I don't want that to happen to you, so here are the 3 most common mistakes and what to do instead.

3 Deadly Content Creation Mistakes

Content Creation Mistake #1 - Thinking Just a Few Will Do - So many people hear about Article Marketing and it's benefits and then create a few article, then sit back and wait for the traffic to roll in. When it doesn't they then say (spoken with a whine) "Article Marketing doesn't woo-ork"

To which I respond, ""Yes it does, it's you that doesn't "woo-ork."

Just a few won't do.

What to Do Instead - You need to become prolific at creating content if you want to dominate your niche. Start with at least one new piece of content (an article) a week, and then build from there to several a week.

Content Creation Mistake #2 - Not Providing at Least One "Gold Nugget" - So many articles are full of what I call "hope and hype." All about something that promises great results with lots of hype, and now how to. this leaves your prospect feeling like a "dead atheist." You know, all dressed up and nowhere to go...

Failure to provide any of the how to in an article will not bring your prospect back for more good information from you.

What to Do Instead - Provide at least one solid actionable piece of how to in each article you create - I call this an "gold nugget." Don't be afraid of giving away the store here. First of all, you really can't in a 400 word article. And as an expert you should be able to give useful tips with tons more information behind it that you share later.

Content Creation Mistake #3 - Failure to Offer Your Reader/Prospect an Opportunity for More - One of the things I teach my students is always offer another way for your reader to engage you or to spend money with you. Most people do not do this and thus leave prospects and money on the table.

What to Do Instead - In an article, make sure your Resource Box offers your prospect a way to get more information from you in exchange for their email address. In other pieces of content make sure there are links to ways to further engage you and /or to spend money with you
