The tenancy agreement have articles of agreement made. The content of first part of it is the location where you see that the agreement has been made, the day of the week, the year and the moth, complete name and the home or location of the person. It also has the agreement where it says that the property is by the landlord's ownership and the tenant will take all the responsibility of it. Followed is the agreement that the place are being let out for the residence purpose in the owned place and is for the tenant and the family members. The room number of the rented property st also included, and the terms and conditions that has to be agreed and signed on by the landlord and the tenant. The middle part of it contains the charges of electricity that a tenant should know and agreed on it if no problem has occurred. The seventeen agreements are also included there, the first part is up to eighth, and that agreement is for the tenant. The second part (This includes ninth to seventeenth) is for the landlord. The first is to pay monthly rent's due for the next month, on or before the day ten of every month where the landlord is located whether it is demanded or not. Second is pay all charges for electricity, energy, gas and water. Third is to provide the payment of all kinds of taxes, repair of the damaged equipments and agreed rent increase. The forth one is the agreement where the tenant shouldn't be the cause of disturbance to neighbor tenants. Fifth is, not to use landlord's property for illegal businesses or any other kind of illegal stuff that the law prohibits. Sixth is, agreement not to destroy, trees, walls, plants or any other parts of the property, or neither replace any of the part of the property. And the seventh is, agreement not to transfer the said property to anyone including someone related to you. Eighth and the last part for tenant is, not to store any goods or take any items that are from the property. The second part of the middle part is the landlord's agreement. Ninth is, agreement that any tenant that pays the rent will and may enjoy the property without being disturbed by the unreasonable landlord. Tenth is, to never engage in harassment to the tenant when getting the rent, must always give notices in an agreed date.
