Who else is struggling to make money from their content? Are you writing articles that you EXPECT will earn you easy cash, increase your brand or build your business... ONLY to find out they're not making any marketing momentum at all? The simple truth is, for most people... content marketing, or writing articles for brand and business awareness is NOT a profitable process, and I think that's a real shame.

I've written over 5,000 unique articles, that have generated MILLIONS of readers, and the first 6 to 8 months I began building the above, were a BIG waste of time, effort and energy.

With that in mind, let's take a look at what I've learned since, and some of the content marketing strategies I incorporate in my business today that I truly believe will help you succeed.

Dumb it DOWN, and keep it simple: The more focused your most wanted response is for your reader, the more success you'll have with every article you write. Want to make an affiliate sale? Use a re-direction. Want a new subscriber? Use a one page opt in... and NOT a blog, or sidebar subscription form. Isolate the ONE thing you want your article to achieve, and focus ferociously on that one thing.

BIG markets = BIG profits: More than anything else, this is the biggest lesson you need to integrate into your marketing, if you choose to use content, or articles to build your business. Stay away from micro-niches. Avoid "owning" the markets that are overlooked... because they will rarely make you money. Categorize your content in the MOST competitive categories, too... as this can dramatically improve the amount of eyeballs that get in front of your sites, services, offers or ideas.

Test EVERYTHING. Long titles versus short. Longer resources versus short, concise ones. Test your LANDING pages, too... as I've had some opt in pages convert at 50%... and others, at 10. (this alone can be the biggest difference between a RICH full time income... and JUST getting tantalizing close, but never making enough to get by) Don't sweat the small stuff and keep your content INFORMATIVE... but leave them inquisitive enough to want to know more. Writing a 1000 word article is not nearly as good as writing 3 400 word articles for a VARIETY of reasons, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

The bottom line?

You CAN crush it with your content... and the simple tips above, are going to help you get there, far faster than most. If you are willing to work, and truly CRAVE financial freedom without the hype or hardcore investment that most marketing methodologies require, the simple tips above CAN make you rich, I promise!
