Determination Equals to Success and Happiness

"You have got to get up every morning with determination if you are going to go to bed with satisfaction." So the old adage goes. Many are the mornings we wake up sluggish and we are already wishing that the day would just end. We carry this feeling from the bed to the bathroom, to the bus stage, to the office, to that client we are supposed to seal a deal with, back to the office meeting, to the restaurant during lunch and back to our houses.

From 6.00 am to 5.00 pm bad luck' seem to follow us around, everything we do goes bad, so we seem to think. What we are not realizing is that the bad luck' is just in our heads. When we think negative, we carry negative thoughts with us throughout the day. It is important that we start the day off with determination and with a positive mind. Wake up and smile, sing a happy song while in the shower, smile and greet a stranger on your way to work and believe that the day will be good for you and that you will succeed.

In most of the things we do the measure of how successful we will become lies in the degree of determination that we have. When you are determined to seal that deal, you will prepare all the paperwork required, you finalize that presentation before hand, you will look for the best selling points in short you will have a reason to do your homework, you will want to make that deal. But without determination you will only do things because you have to. You will only do what is required of you by your employer and for sure you won't go to bed satisfied. Determination, which goes hand in hand with positive thoughts, is a key success factor in business. We should make it part and parcel of our daily lives and in this way we will be able to push ourselves harder and achieve greater things therefore be much happier with ourselves!
