Acidic foods include vinegar, pickles, pomegranate, plum, strawberry, jujube, mango, apricot, lemon and so on. Medical experts have pointed out that, if women suffer from dysmenorrhea, they should eat more foods which contain a large number of vitamin E. Foods rich in vitamin E include wheat germ, egg yolk, beans, nuts, green leafy vegetables, sesame oil, and so on. What's more, some warm-natured foods can also relieve the symptom of dysmenorrhea. Such foods include brown sugar, red dates, lychee, long an, chestnut, and so on. As a result, women can eat more of these foods during the dysmenorrhea period.
