As good as that looks, there is even more. There is now a Basic+ selection in the Quick Control screen when the camera dial is set to Basic Zone modes. There are two different options to choose from once you access the Basic+ screen. You can choose Ambience settings or the Lighting/Scene Type settings. Once more, the camera makes use of the in-camera software to make important decisions concerning the settings for individual images, making you appear to be a real creative pro.
