. Studies have shown that high-intensity anaerobic exercises like playing basketball, riding bikes, and swimming, causes the body to produce human growth hormone, which the body needs to grow to its maximum height.

As the body produces human growth hormone, your cartilage will thicken, your bone density will increase, thus causing you to grow taller. Because of this, as you exercise, you should be focused on strength-training stretches which will produce good amounts of human growth hormone to the body.

By doing resistance-training stretching exercises for at least 15-20 minutes a day, this will release your growth hormone for a period of 24hrs even after your done exercising!

Resistance stretching focuses on flexing your muscles as you stretch them. For example, when you do a leg lift exercise, keep your muscles contracted as your leg comes down. in other words, don't let your muscles relax as you do the exercise.


One good exercise is called the bridge. By doing this simple stretch your posture and core muscles will both be improved. To do this exercise, lay on the ground with bent knees and your arms by your side. Lift your pelvis as high as possible and hold this position as long as you can, for about 10-15 seconds. You should repeat this exercise at least 7-10 times daily.

Another good stretching exercise is called hanging suspended on a bar. By hanging on a bar, your body fights the natural effects of gravity and it stretches your spine as much as possible. This exercise lengthens the spine which results in added inches to your stature. This simple but effective exercise should be done at least for a few minutes a day. Be consistent and you will see results!

The last exercise we are going to look at is called the dry land swim. This exercise focuses mainly on the lower back. Lay flat on the floor tummy down, and completely extend your body. Extend your arms in front of you as if swimming, and lift up your right arm higher that your left. Keep your legs straight and then raise your right leg as far as possible.

Try to keep this position for about 3-5 seconds before switching legs. Do this exercise every day for a few minutes so you could work up to keeping the position for about 15 seconds, this is your ultimate goal.

These are just a few of the many simple and effective exercises that are proven to add some extra inches to your stature. To see any results you must be consistent, stay dedicated and focused, and do these exercises at least 6 days a week, they are simple and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
