Most people that use a medical courier company are probably used to paying for those services using a method like a company check

One of the most common payment methods that are accepted by courier companies is credit cards.

Not every courier company accepts credit cards, but most do by now. There are some things to think about when you want to pay your courier with a credit card though. First, you need to realize that in most cases, a courier is only going to accept a credit card if you have an account with them. That is because of the risk of credit card fraud, which they can reduce if you have established credit with their organization.

If you want to pay with a credit card, you should also check and find out which credit cards your courier company accepts. Most people that accept credit cards now accept all of them because they are all processed by a single carrier in most cases. However, more obscure cards which are not in common use might not be accepted, so if you use a strange credit card that is not one of the larger well known names then you might want to double check and see if it is accepted.

If you want to pay with a credit card, your courier company may have a few different ways that you can submit that payment to them. Most courier companies will at least have one depot or office location where you can pay your bills in person if you so choose. Many will also have mobile payment processing devices that their couriers can carry with them in the field, so you can pay your driver directly if you would like to settle your account in that fashion. The final option that you may have is to pay your bill with a credit card online.

Paying for courier services online is becoming a more and more common practice. Courier companies may have ways for you to access your bill and pay them with a credit card directly, or they may invoice you through PayPal or another similar system where you will have the option to pay from your PayPal account or directly using your credit card.
