I did read a few Canon Powershot A1100 reviews before I bought my camera but you can't really tell what's real and what's a marketing ploy when you read those things. And besides that, I'm from New Zealand. You can't just tell me your product is great. You have to show me. So I decided I'd take Canon Powershot A1100 digital camera for a spin and see just how it really compared to those "customer reviews".
Good Battery Life
I agree with that - The Canon Powershot A1100 reviews all seem to agree that this camera has a good battery life. That's because it uses actual batteries. You don't have to plug the whole camera in somewhere to recharge it. So if the batteries die when you're in the middle of a birthday party, you can just replace them and keep on shooting.

Excellent Image Quality
Again, the Canon Powershot A1100 reviews all seemed to agree that this camera takes excellent pictures and it does. One of my hobbies is raising tropical fish and I'm always trying to get good pictures of my aquariums but as you may already know, that's not very often successful. This camera has an optional setting specifically for aquariums that eliminates that glare from the glass. There are 10 settings on this camera to make it easy for you to get perfect pictures every time regardless of what you're shooting.
Easy To Use
This is one of the Canon Powershot A1100 reviews I'm going to have to disagree with. I had a very difficult time figuring out what all the buttons were for and I didn't think the manual that came with the camera went into enough detail. I had to search for answers on line several times to find out what all the buttons were for.

All in all though, I'd say that most of the Canon Powershot A1100 customer reviews were pretty accurate. Once you figure out the buttons, it is very easy to use and it does take excellent quality photographs. What more could you want?
