Is she telling you a bunch of lies to hide the fact that your wife is cheaing on you?

Deep down are you starting to think that your wife may be seeing someone else behind your back? You may be trying to push these thoughts to the back of your head, because you do not want to face up to the truth that your wife may be a cheat.

You are getting that gut feeling that something is not right, and she is behaving in a strange way.

She may be able to give reasons for any changes in her behaviour to you, and you may initially accept them, but that nagging feeling will just not go away. Does this sound familiar to you?

However in order to get this proof, you need to keep these feelings to yourself in the beginning. There are 2 reasons as to why you need to do this.

First of all, confronting her about what you are thinking, will just result in her ending the affair, or becoming a lot more careful about the affair. This will make it much harder for you to get the proof that will show that your wife is being unfaithful to you.

Secondly, it may be the case that your wife is completely innocent, and that these feelings that you are getting could be stemming from jealousy, paranoia, or low self esteem on your part. Making false accusations can land you in a heap of trouble with your wife.

So keep your suspicions to yourself, but start watching your wife closely. Pay attention to what seems different, and what could be behind these thoughts you are getting about her being a cheat.

Is she going out of her way to look different from the way she used to look? Has she changed the way she dresses, does she wear more make up, has she started a fitness program? You need to ask yourself whether these changes are for you, for her self, or for somebody else.

Another obvious sign that can say that your wife is cheating on you revolves around communication devices. Have you noticed her becoming more secretive with her phone or computer? Does she end conversations quickly on the phone when you come in, and has she started deleting her history on the computer?

You will find that if you are seeing some of these signs of cheating, your wife will be able to give you a plausible excuse for what she says, you think you are seeing. The thing is unless you have real proof, you cannot do anything but accept what she is telling you, regardless of your gut feeling.
