Usually in a police officer's traveling bag you will find a searchlight, his notebooks and an extra uniform. These bags are especially finished with police officers in mind. They are spacious and could carry a lot of items.


There are many other pieces of duty gear used by the forces and the police such as torch lights gloves metal detectors and whistles. Out of all these metal detectors are instruments used very often. They are helpful tools in detecting if they carry weapons when entering security zones. These are extensively used in airports and other important locations that could come under attack by terrorists. There also newly innovated tactical defender batons that could protect a police officer at times mobs go uncontrollable. At such an instance he could defend himself with this innovative defensive weapon until his colleagues could come to rescue him.
