Another advantage is the fact that the E-Cigarette does not need fire to light up, so you do not have to mess with lighters, which you have probably had an accident with at one point or another in the time that you have been a smoker.

A potential employer may be more willing to hire you if you do not smell like smoke, or if your teeth are not stained. And on top of that, you save yourself some money in the long run, and who does not like to save money?
