Education-best Means To Overcome Unemployment

Social service is an essential need for a developing country like India and other parts of the world

. This is because of the increasing slums in the country. People from rural areas migrate to urban or city areas in search of job. In urban areas these people dont get proper place to stay. Also as these people are poor and uneducated, they dont give proper education to their children. This leads to more poverty and unemployment. Such a situation can stop the overall development of the country resulting in making the country and underdeveloped one. But social service helps these slum people and slum children to gain education.

Increasing number of NGOs in India has helped to overcome problems such as poverty, unemployment, etc a lot. But still there are huge slum areas where there is a need to give education to slum children that will help to end these problems. A social worker helps people of different communities and groups by understanding the problems faced by these people and trying to solve these problems by different means. Money is one of the measure problem faced by slum people. To overcome this problem, education is needed. Once people are educated, they can earn money and live a better life. This is the reason why educational NGO in Mumbai and other parts of the country is increasing day by day.

There are also many educational institutes in India that provide courses in social service. Social workers of these institutions are given knowledge of tackling worst situations such as domestic violence, poverty, unemployment, etc. these social workers go to the slum area and help the people to overcome their problems. Slum people dont get the primary needs of human beings which are food, clothing and shelter. Social workers and NGOs help these people with the primary need. These slum people are also taught with the basic education that is needed by all to live in the world these days.

This education helps these slum people to overcome the problem of unemployment. Once a person is educated, he can easily get a job anywhere. Also no one will try to dupe him as he is well educated. As it is known to all, landlords dupe uneducated people by forcefully acquiring property of poor people who are uneducated by taking signatures and thumb prints on the property papers. Similarly slum people who work on daily wages and who are uneducated are paid with less amount by the managers.

As these people are uneducated and dont know how to count money, they are duped and no one can help this. In order to overcome all these problems education is a must to all the slum people. Educated is provided to slum by many different educational NGO. Social workers from these NGO go to slum areas and teach all the children there so that in future when these children will grow up they will not be duped by landlords or managers and will earn high amount of money by doing good jobs.
