When I examine some of my clients that I train, I find they eat unnecessary and damaging foods during their meals and snacks. And once they honestly avoid these types of foods, they will notice a fast and a noticeable weight loss within a week or ten days.
Here is a list of these damaging foods:
- Potato Chips and the like
- Candies
- Sodas
- Juices
- White bread, pasta, and the like
- Most of cereals that come in packaged boxes
- TV dinners also known as microwaveable/ frozen dinners
Tip Two: Perform High Cost Energy Exercises
I am assuming you perform some type of physical activity, and if not, then you really need to start from today! Now when it comes to performing some type of physical activity and the goal is to lose weight, then you should be exercising a little differently than what you think. Here are some
-Instead of walking perform jogging or running
-Instead of jogging mix it up with fast-running or even sprinting
-Instead of performing single-joint exercises most of the time, then switch to multi-joint exercises.
Tip Three: Get Enough Sleep.
Not having enough sleep can hinder the results of your yesterdays resistance training by not having enough energy to perform your optimal workout.
Tip Four: Include Resistance Training
When you include resistance or weight training, you add more calories which you are burning on top of the aerobic workout. You also build muscles, and as a result your metabolic rate becomes more efficient in burning calories.
