Emotional eating refers to the eating disorder which can be defined as the abnormal eating habit in which the person acceptably involves for eating either insufficient or excessive food. There is no actual reason of this specific condition. It could be on account of mental unbalanced, physically disorder or the emotional torture. Causes

The biologists are not sure of the exact causes of the eating disorder but psychologically urge that it is due to the combination of biological, psychological or the environmental abnormalities. You should importantly figure out your triggers. However physical hunger comes slowly whereas emotional frequently. Count that how many times you have eaten today. Pay attention to what your stomach feel it is rumbling and empty.

Fill your fridge with the healthy foods. What happens is that unavailability of snacks like chips, ice-cream or other things in the kitchen make you to overeat. So keep them in your possession so that when you feel hungry, you can serve your purpose by eating these.

Be busy with your friends or the family members. Dont think of foods. Take exercise, walk in the morning. Do any other healthy activities that soothe you. Keep a list of alternatives to refer to when in the midst of a craving.
