Top Down forms for evaluating performance

These forms are prepared or filled in by top rank employees or employers. They judge the performance of the employees from their own perspective. Some companies have special staff in HRM section that deals with these issues while other companies prefer taking performance review from someone who is directly watching over the performance of the employee; however the condition is that that evaluator needs to be higher in rank than someone he is evaluating.

This form is prepared or completed by those peers or coworkers who work with the subject (the employee to be evaluated). They will not only evaluate the employee of his performance but also on what they think about his attitude and behavior with other employees and coworkers. This can be very helpful when the company is finding a leader among these coworkers.

360 Degree Employee Evaluation

This form allows everyone who works with the employee to evaluate his performance on different basis. The coworkers, managers, the top down rank officials and almost everyone in the company who has some link with the employee are provided to evaluate his performance.

Self Assessment Evaluation Form

Used even in schools for the way students assess their performance in exams and class lessons, this is a common and very popular way of evaluating the performance of an employee by his own self.
