The idea of living in the dark ages isn't very appealing
. It brings to mind ideas of torture, dungeons, horrible stuff... and if you had a choice you wouldn't likely be living then either...but sometimes we aren't given a choice.
Life is animation, from the protein machinery of a single cell through to the amazing complexity of motions of a Cheetah on the hunt. All this
requires energy.
Energy medicine is the study of how energy flows through you, why, and the mechanisms of it's utilization. Many of these principles have gone largely unexplored/unrecognized throughout history, but finally there is hope.
There are invisible forces that surround us all, mostly going unnoticed. Magnetism, plasma like charges, solar radiations, and the ELF emissions from the earth that impact all life in very fundamental ways. The ancients called them ghosts, that hidden realm that modern science if finally unveiling.
The electro-magnetic basis for life came early in our history, we had the proper pre-conditions;
abundant water(the most abundant molecule on earth)
silica sand ( the most abundant element)
sunshine
negatively charged earth
In fact these Lorenz style attractor patterns are so strong that it would be hugely unlikely that life would fail to result here on earth;

Supporting life, vitality, and health won't cost you anything. We have everything we need to maintain ourselves, a gift of the environment, and
it doesn't involve legions of doctors, a thick wallet, expensive pharmaceuticals or supplements. A good diet and recognition, understanding, and
respecting your electromagnetic biological origins will be enough...nature gives freely.
Life involves water, and it is somewhat ridiculous to study proteins, as most scientists do without considering the water first. Proteins
in the vacuum of space do nothing except occupy space. Unless they are in an aqueous environment they are dead. It is the relationship with the water that once conjoined allows for the protein machinery of life to operate. It is remarkable how little research has been done into water.
How water interacts with energy from the environment, and organic molecules is the most useful thing to know for anyone wanting to
promote their own good health and vitality.
An example of this is the chirality issue that has been dumbfounding mainstream biologists since it was discovered. All
proteins in life on this planet are left handed-the right handed chiral forms never happen in living organisms. The solution is at last come from an
iconoclastic university professor and researcher by the name of Gerald Pollack, and the research paper done by W. Thiermann and U. Jarzak in 1981.
Theirmann and Jarak concluded that you can create an amino acid with the chirality of your choice if you produce it in a
steady state magnetic field. A north/negative magnetic field produces the L-form that we find in all life on earth. The south/positive magnetic field produces the R-form amino.
Gerald Pollack is a leading researcher in structured water. His book, "Cells, Gels and The Engines of Life", indicates
that the water in a cell is of a liquid crystal form with a strong negative charge (negative/north magnetic field). The conclusion is then that the structured water inside the cell forms the magnetic field for L-form amino acids and proteins. The reason we express chirality the way we do is in the elecrto-magnetic properties of the water itself!
