If the pieces are not adjusted correctly then it can greatly affect the stallion's gait and the co-ordination with the riders gets the worst affected. It is also comprised of a western curb bit, which has split reins at its end along with a joined buckle.
3) Double Headstall: Such kind of English bridle renders great control over the horse, as in this case, two bits are used in the stallion's mouth instead of one. This is mainly used in advanced level of dressage riding. It is comprised of a head piece, cheek pieces and a brow band. The nose band is designed in form of a cavesson, which encircles the nose in order to avoid any kind of interference from the bit.
