Eventmanagertm By Kent House Now Includes Invitation Management

UK software developer Kent House has announced that its award winning online event

management software EventManagerTM now offers conference and event organisers the facility to issue and manage invitations (RSVP feature).

Invitation management enables organisers to take control of the promotion of their event. Organisers can send event invitations to previous attendees or delegates already in the system, and add or import new contacts. Records of invitations sent and statistics on the status of reply enable the user to track their attendees and chase invitations if necessary.

It is simple and easy to create invitations. These can include "add to calendar" options in Google Calendar and Lotus Notes. Additional information on the event and access to presentations or event documents can be added. The invitation tracking screen shows users a list of invites sent and gives the options to chase invites. It is clear to see which invitees have made bookings and which have not yet indicated the attendance status. The clever tool also enables you to categorise delegates so you are always in the know as to who is attending and the role they have at your event.

EventManagerTM has, over the last seven years, helped manage more than 2 million bookings across tens of thousands of events. It is the most widely used online registration and event management software within the UK National Health Service (NHS), as well as being used by commercial companies and the not-for-profit sector.
