Excellent, outstanding, brilliant: that's the eloquent expression of elegance in the manner one executes everything pertaining to life, whether it is in business, ministry or relationships. Such an individual can turn any ordinary task into a something special for their touch of excellence. They sweat the little stuff.

I share the outstanding characteristics and behaviours of excellent people.

1. Excellence is really a spirit. It shows in the way one does things. A great person does their work without grumbling and carries a positive, optimistic outlook.

2.Ordinary may be the true enemy of excellence that must be defeated all the time. Being exceptional may not always be intentional, but it's a pre - requisite for those who make it to the top, who will not be condemned to the scrap heap of un-lived lives, unfulfilled potential and plans that never materialized.

3. An individual of excellence lives life towards the full, he's a made up mind, has counted the price and would like to pay for the buying price of successful results.

4. The desire to fit in and become accepted cripples many people because rather than distinguishing themselves as the true champion that they were born to become they just merge.

5. They are people of distinction. Excellent individuals are not present in groups, they've this type of high standard that they are inside a class of their own.

6. They do not excel because they have been given the best jobs or the very best resources, but they are careful to create everything they touch a masterpiece, even if it means that they work a miracle.

7.People with a spirit of excellence always seek to excel and break their previous personal best. Coming first or being very best in class isn't do well enough on their behalf. They benchmark themselves against the most effective in their field to enhance their performance.

8. Respect for self yet others are rare qualities on this page - modern day where many people do as they please. Truly great people esteem others better than themselves and they love others.

9. It doesn't matter where they start, everything excellent people require is a platform, a place to stand on plus they can "move the world", because they think it is possible.

10. You always short change yourself when you expect greatness to be manifested from other places except from you. People of excellence look within themselves and are aware of the seeds of greatness they've and maximize on what they are given.

Excellence is not the preserve of a chosen few. It's open to whosoever would like to pay for the price and do a lot more than what's required.Surprise yourself today by putting extra effort to the ordinary for extraordinary results.
