In this article I will give you a simple recipe for better results in your business and life.

When you go for a run, play some basketball, doing the zumba or spinning regularly - and by regularly I mean about 30 minutes a day - you will have a healthier and happier life, and you will be more productive in your business.

Here's what I've experienced by working 60+ hours a week and NOT excercising at all. I'm telling you, that is the recipe for disaster. I was grumpy, I gained weight, I was unhappy, I didn't play with my kids, I told myself that I didn't have time to exercise because I was so busy at work - all in all a very bad place to be!


Then I got my 3rd child, took a look in the mirror and asked myself some deep and serious questions about the purpose of life, what's most important to me and whether it's worth working as much for a measly fist of pocket money??

I decided to make a change and the most beneficial change I made was to start exercising regularly, taking care of my health. In the beginning it felt like a near-death experience (litteraly!) but I kept at it and began to enjoy my daily runs. Quite frankly I not only enjoy it now, but kind of gotten adicted (in the good way) to the runs and spinning.

Why is that so important to me now? Well, because of the benefits and the results that I've gotten from sticking to the physical exercises... and I'm not kidding, they are amazing.

This is some of what I've gotten from breaking that sweat on a daily basis:

- I make sharper decisions

- I've gotten more self esteem and self confidence

- I have greate impact on people

- I have better posture

- I can endure more

- I handle pressure better

- I feel better and happier

The Simple Recipe for these results: Eat until you're 80% full and sweat for 30 minutes a day. That's it!

I'm confident that I'll reach my dreams and goals faster and more effectively because of this great little habit!
