Exercise to Lose Belly Fat - Is That All it Takes

I always seem to have love handles and belly fat. I wanted away to lose the belly fat and to get rid of the love handles. I decided to join a gym, I did crunches everyday for a month, but I never saw results. I still had my love handles. I don't get it; I think I am doing the right things. I decided to add running into my exercise routine. I ran every other day for a month. I would wake up early in the morning and run for 2-3 miles.

The next month I really didn't see a change, I still had the belly fat and the love handles. I asked around and started to do some research. This is what I found. When you exercise to lose belly fat there is one other ingredient you need to add to make this really work. So here is what I did.

I needed to see what type of foods I was eating, are they high in fat, sugar and carbs. Yes, they were, I was eating all the wrong things. This is what I started to eat to get myself into shape. For breakfast I ate, egg whites and turkey bacon, veggie sausage on pita, turkey sausage on pita or steel cut oats. All of these foods are high in protein, low in sugar and fat.


For lunch I did the following, I had chicken with spices on it, no bottled marinades, whole wheat pasta or rice. Some days I would have very lean beef or turkey on pita.

For dinner I ate chicken, fish, whole wheat rice, quinoa, lean beef or stir fry with chicken and veggies. I prepared my meals all different ways so I wouldn't get bored.

When I shop in the market I look at labels on all canned or boxed foods to make sure the sugar count is below 8 grams. Then I look at the ingredients that make up the food, if there are any ingredients I cannot pronounce I do not purchase it.

Now the next thing I did was take an all natural supplement to burn the fat right off of my belly and love handles. This really put my metabolism into high gear and the fat burning process really took off. The supplement is high in antioxidants and omega oils. So it's all healthy for you.

Exercise to lose the belly fat, yeah, but there is more to it. You need to eat right and take a natural supplement, by doing this my belly looks great and my love handles are nearly gone.
