When it comes to bodybuilding or other similar sports there is always one query that arrives finally. That is how can i build muscles fast. Some people lift weight others do bodyweight exercises & others even take steroids to give their muscle growth a boost. Obviously Steroid abuse is very risky & i can not stress that enough. Do not ever take steroids.... that is the laziest & cheapest road you can possibly take & you can not be proud of your success.

So WHAT are you able to do to gain muscles without any equipment or gym sign up?

There's lots of feasible training approaches but we will speak about gaining muscles fast & the way you can do it at home.

So here are 5 essential Tips to gain muscles at home fast.

1. You got to have the right attitude towards training. If you think you can work out hard one day a week then this won't only be a waste of time but it will also make you give up because you do not see any results even after 3 months of training.

2. Train at least 3 times a week. The Monday Wednesday Friday Cycle works best for most. You can work out more in case you wish & if your body can take it.

3. Simple exercises like Push ups, Pull Ups, Squats or Sit Ups can be VERY EFFECTIVE but most of the time people give up on them because lets face it.... they become very boring after some time. You may have fun doing them a week or so but then..... So what can you do about that? EASY! There's tons of different exercises for each of the above mentioned. look them up. Mix up your training.

4. EAT healthier. More Fruit & vegetables but as well as a nice source of protein is necessary to gain muscles. Chicken & Fish are excellent for protein & you can mix Tuna in your salads.

5. dont give up! You wont see much progress in your first month but stick to your training regime & i guarantee you will see the difference. Listen to your body in case you need to rest then rest. You will probably feel sore after the first day of training & in case you feel sore for 2 or more days & you can not work out then REST. Even if it will be 3 days then so be it. Don't worry about it. Your body will get used to it.

OH & another great tip would be: Take before & after photographs!!! Take a picture of you the way you look right now & do a brand new one every month & you will be amazed at how much you changed. We see ourselves everyday in the mirror so it will be hard for us to see the changes our body has made so take pics.
