Sunning, created and named by Dr. Bates, is one of the most effective ways. Still, it can promises great safety that is crucial in any exercises- if any discrepancy occurs, serious damages will be caused. It is true that exposure to sun lights too much will lead to great eye damages, but sun lights can also heal eye problems. And the method, sunning, comes into being as a result. It can greatly enhance your vision.

Then, how to do sunning? Sun lights are the premise of doing this exercise. After that, try to relax your self completely. For the sake of protecting eyes, it is better not to do it at noon or when the sun lights are too strong. Or else, great eye injury will be caused by harmful rays- glaucoma, cataracts, etc. In some other cases, light bulbs are also good, though this method is not ideal as with sun lights. Subsequently, cover one eye with your hands without any pressure- ensure that eye in complete darkness. After that, sit on a chair with complete relaxation; sway your head on and scan everything around. One or two minutes later, turn to anther eye.

After the aforesaid procedures, you can do anther one- palming, which can reinforce the effect of sunning. This exercise is really very nice and many people have gained very ideal results via it. Before starting palming, just rub hands for some time till they become warm. Then, put the hands onto eyes without any pressure. At least five minutes later, put hands down with eyes closed. After that, inhale and exhale deeply, so as to relax eye muscles, body, etc. You will find your vision is much better than ever before. Keep in mind that, during the palming process- do no force your eyes to see; just think something pleasant when eyes are closed. Any way, always keep eyes in a state of relaxation, no matter what you are doing.


One another exercise is also very effective in enhancing vision. You can regain perfect vision via this exercise though you have very bad eye sight. Stretching eyes is the essence of it. You should try to stretch your eyes though it is impossible initially. During this process, you may get very good vision at some time spot. However, just try to prolong this state. If some time can be persisted, your vision will be regained quickly. Still, something should be noticed during this process- finding a quiet place and good vision objects is really very important. Just hold on, though some discomfort may arise during this process.

This method is really very simple and unique, but it is really very nice in solving eye problems.
