Factory Equipments And Machinery Belt, Portable, Screw & Rollers Conveyors

A conveyor belt or belt conveyor consists of two or more pulleys

, with a continuous loop of material - the belt conveyor - that rotates about them. One or both of the pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the unpowered pulley is called the idler. There are two main industrial classes of Belt Conveyors; those in general material handling such as those moving boxes along inside a factory and bulk material handling such as those used to transport industrial and agricultural materials, such as grain, coal, ores, etc. generally in outdoor locations.

A screw conveyor is a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade, called a "flighting", usually within a tube, to move liquid or granular materials. Screw conveyors are used in many bulk handling industries. Screw Conveyors# in modern industry are often used horizontally or at a slight incline as an efficient way to move semi-solid materials, including food waste, wood chips, aggregates, cereal grains, animal feed, boiler ash, meat and bone meal, municipal solid waste, and many others. The first type of screw conveyor was the Archimedean screw, used since ancient times to pump irrigation water.

Roller conveyors are used to convey products which have defined shape, like, pallets, cartons, boxes, etc. Roller conveyors are used for Light, Medium & Heavy Duty applications. Each Roller is machined from ERW pipe & provided with bearings at both the ends & a stationary shaft. This shaft is bolted onto the frame of the roller conveyor. Roller conveyors are modular in construction & Frames are manufactured in Modules of 2500 MM.

A Bucket Elevators, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flow able bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. Early bucket elevators used a flat chain with small, steel buckets attached every few inches. The bucket elevator is the enabling technology that permitted the construction of grain elevators.

Magnetic Separators are also used by many manufacturers, there various variety available in magnetic separators such as liquid line separator, plate magnet, magnetic drum separator, magnetic roll separator etc.

Apart from these there are companies which also manufactures Portable Conveyors, Portable Boosters, Portable Loaders, these are used for storage and handling equipment for industrial units, factories, warehouses, shops and retail outlets.
